The Giving Back Scholarship Fund of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland is intended to provide partial loan forgiveness, (up to $2500) to a CFAP loan recipient who meets all of the following criteria:

  1. Received a loan from JFSA, specifically CFAP
  2. Graduated with at least a Bachelor’s Degree; and
  3. Is employed by the Jewish Federation of Cleveland or one of its beneficiary agencies at the time the distribution to the recipient is made.

Qualifying employers are:

  • The Jewish Federation of Cleveland
  • The Jewish Family Service Association
  • Bellefaire
  • Cleveland Hillel
  • Fuchs Mizrachi
  • Gross Schechter
  • Hebrew Academy
  • Jewish Community Center (JCC)
  • Jewish Education Center (JEC)
  • Kent Hillel
  • Maltz Museum
  • Mandel JDS
  • Menorah Park
  • Montefiore
  • Siegal College
  • Yeshiva Derech Hatorah
