JFSA’s Caregiver Support Group helps family members find valuable support and resources that help ease the challenges associated with their caregiving roles.

About the Group

Caregivers provide support to their loved ones every day, often setting aside their own personal needs. Caring for a family member with dementia can be rewarding but, it can also sometimes be exhausting and stressful. Connecting with other dementia caregivers in a safe space can be a helpful way to receive support and reduce feelings of isolation.

Join other dementia caregivers to discuss immediate concerns, identify and reduce personal stress, learn about local resources for family caregivers, and much more! This live support group is open to caregivers and anyone who has a person with dementia in their life. There is no cost to participate.

Meets regularly every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 1:30-2:30pm.
